Last Updated: 04-10-2026
Welcome to SARVAM SARI. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About SARVAM SARI
SARVAM SARI is a D2C brand offering handwoven sarees and related products through its website. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our products.
2. Products & Handwoven Variations
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, textures, motifs and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
As our sarees are handwoven, minor variations in colour, weave, texture, motifs, borders and finishing may naturally occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted textiles and do not necessarily constitute defects.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, product-description or availability errors and to update product information at any time.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order is considered accepted once SARVAM SARI confirms the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or inability to fulfil the order.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount paid will be refunded through the original or appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. SARVAM SARI does not directly store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, natural events, strikes, incorrect addresses, remote locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable Indian law.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
